We, along with our friends at Gallagher, invite you to come out for a morning complete with light refreshments and a relaxed setting to discuss open enrollment and new options that can save you and your team money.

If you choose to just purchase a shirt ONLY, PLEASE come by the Activity Center during our business hours. Monday thru Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm and Friday, 8 am to 11:30 am.

Shirts are 25 dollars and sizes are not guaranteed.

Come join a Silent Book Club!  Show up to this room, bring a book you've been wanting to read, and enjoy the silence (and the snacks).  It is a chance for everyone to get together and read!

This annual breakfast is an important opportunity to bring together our schools, business partners, nonprofits, churches, and community leaders as we kick off another year of meaningful school partnerships. The Adopt A School program helps connect local schools with committed community adopters who can support student success, encourage educators, and strengthen the connection between classrooms and the broader community.

Whether you are a returning adopter, a school representative, or an organization interested in learning how to get involved, this event will help us make strong matches and set the stage for a successful year.

Breakfast is free, but an RSVP is requested so we can plan appropriately for food, seating, and materials.

This meeting will focus on prostate and colorectal cancer—two serious health issues affecting individuals and families throughout our community. We will discuss the barriers that prevent people from being screened and explore how community leaders and organizations can work together to encourage early detection and connect residents with lifesaving screening opportunities.

Child Passenger Safety Technicians will be providing assistance to check child safety seat installations as well as show individuals how to properly install them correctly themselves. There will be child safety seats available for families that are in need, but you must be registered. The link for registration is: www.umcno.org/childseats

The Northeast Louisiana Children's Museum announces its participation in Our World: Worldwide Day of Play! As a day dedicated to experiencing joyful learning through play, this event is focused on getting kids and their families up, out, and playing around. The Children’s Museum’s Day of Play includes hands-on STEM activities like making slime and more!

Celebrate the afternoon with friends and family at Landry Vineyards and listen to local live music! Wine tastings start at 11am and the Vineyard & Winery Tour will be at 2pm (purchase tour tickets online). Bring a chair or blanket to picnic on. Landry Vineyards will be serving delicious pizza and snacks or bring your own food. Landry Vineyards Wine will be available for sale by the glass, bottle, tasting and flight!
