A Food & Fun Learning Lab designed for adult audiences

LSU AgCenter Nutrition and Community Health Agents at the LSU AgCenter Ouachita Extension Office (704 Cypress Street in West Monroe) host free cooking demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on skills.

Labs will be offered on June 25 and 26, 2025 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. each day. Participants can register for one or both days by going to the link below or calling 318-323-2251.

June 25 - topics will include

• Do the Twist: Pretzels
• MyPlate Charcuterie
• Cardio Drumming and
• Health Literacy

June 26 topics will include

• Kitchen Hacks
• Soup in a Jar
• Cardio Drumming
• Health Literacy
