The University of Louisiana Monroe has reached a milestone with the graduation of its first Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant (BSOTA) class.

Mrs. Carol Baker Robinson was a 1962 Initiate of the Lambda Tau Chapter of AOII from Northeast Louisiana State College. She served as Vice President of Recruitment and never left the role. After her graduation in 1964, Carol continued to serve the local chapter for another 60 years.

The Southern Miss Lady Eagles and UL Monroe Warhawks meet in the Sun Belt Tournament. Thursday's game is the third meeting this season between the two teams. The Lady Eagles won the last matchup 68-61. Southern Miss is 8-10 against the Sun Belt, and UL Monroe is 8-11 against the Sun Belt.
