The University of Louisiana Monroe will host the annual ULM convocation on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at b1BANK Fant Coliseum on the campus of ULM.
Convocation serves as the academic counterpart to commencement, formally welcoming students in the ULM academic community and launching their journey as Warhawks.
Freshmen will assemble for a class photo at Warhawk Circle beginning at 2:00 p.m. and then beginning at 2:30 p.m., they will march in a processional across the bridge to b1BANK Fast Coliseum for the Convocation ceremony. The processional represents their journey toward graduation.
The Convocation ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. and will feature ULM President Dr. Carrie L. Castille and ULM Provost Dr. Michelle McEacharn, as well as performances from ULM Cheer, Hawkline, and the Sound of Today marching band.
