On Monday, September 21, 2026, ULM Football Coach Bryant Vincent spoke at a press conference following Saturday, September 19th's game.
"You've got to learn from every game. You know, you really do. And each season now in college football is kind of a new team," said Coach Bryant Vincent. "And you know, I though we made big strides from game one to game two, from Mississippi State to UAB."
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, Monroe Warhawks faced off against Southeastern Lions, ultimately falling behind and ending with a score of 38-35 in favor of Southeastern.
"We've got a lot of big moments on the horizon. We've got a lot of big games down the road that this team is capable of winning," said Bryant Vincent. "We just put our head down and we'll do it one day at a time and really own our mistakes, and own the things that are holding us back from winning games, and be able to practice and really work on those to apply them to the next opportunity in the next game, which is FAU this Saturday night."
This upcoming Saturday, September 26, 2026, ULM will face FAU in a home game at the St. Francis Stadium at 7 p.m.
