Community Calendar

Join Willetta, local houseplant maven, as she teaches us about creating and caring for a Kokedama, or moss ball. Kokedama is a ball of soil and moss with a plant growing in it.

The first 10 to register will be able to participate in the workshop and make their own Kokedama. Others are welcome to come observe and learn. Call Clair at 327-1382 or email croane@oplib.org to register.

Ouachita Parish Public Library - West Ouachita Branch is having a book sale on the last Friday and Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those attending can shop for books (paperback and hardback), CD's, and DVD's.
