Grab a friend and come dressed in costume for ULM Athletics Boo on the Bayou 5K!!

Registration starts @ 7 am and Race begins @8:05.  ULM Staff/Faculty and Students receive a discounted price but you must show your ULM ID at registration.  Each participant will receive a Race Day T-shirt and 1 free game ticket to that nights Halloween FB game against Southern Miss.

The Annual Skeletons on Tower is happening! This family friendly month long event begins on Tower Drive and in the Pavilion Circle in Monroe.

Businesses, families and individuals can participate by sponsoring and decorating skellies with your family friendly design.

The public is invited to view the Skeletons on Tower throughout the month of October.

Enjoy tables and booths set up throughout the zoo featuring different food trucks, vendors, and shopping merchants! Kids are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costume and trick or treat through the zoo.

Come dressed in your scariest or cutest costume for this annual boo-fest, featuring costume contests, a trick-or-treat trail, food trucks, vendors and more. Admission to the zoo is included in the fee, and train rides and boat rides will be available. The zoo will be decked out in holiday attire, so get your fright on. Proceeds from the event will go toward the renovation of the zoo's Catwalk.

The Monroe Chamber of Commerce hosts the Monroe Mingle, a networking opportunity held every first Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Monroe's Steakhouse.

This event is for Monroe Chamber of Commerce members.

Every Tuesday evening, the Jazz Navigators (Adam Ryland, Dan Sumner, Eric Siereveld, Pearson Cross) play jazz from 6-8 pm at the Flying Tiger. Joining the Navigators each week will be special guests. The last Tuesday of the each month is the "Jazz Jam," where jazz students and practitioners join the band on selected tunes.

Leadership Ouachita Graduation reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. with Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres. Following this, the graduation program will be held at 6 p.m.

This event honors those who have completed the program. The purpose of this program is to develop and empower the emerging leaders of northeast Louisiana to transform the region into a place recognized as one of the best places to live and do business.
