The Junior League offers shopping at the 25th Annual Spring Market

The Junior League of Monroe again hosts a shopping and fundraising event at the 25th Annual Spring Market from Friday, March 17 through Sunday March 19 at the Monroe Civic Center.

This three-day event features items such as jewelry, clothing, home décor, and gourmet foods, from merchants around the country. Additional events include early access, Saturday brunch, extended shopping hours, dinner, cocktails, live music, unique prizes, and champagne. There will be a Girls Night event on Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

With a ticket purchase, guests also support the initiatives and programs of the Junior League of Monroe to lend a helping hand to women and children in need. A few of the programs include the Endowment Grant, Care Closets, and the Little Black Dresses Initiative.

"All of the proceeds from ticket sales give back to the community and encourage the expansion of programs like the Care Closet," says member Melinda Minniefield.

More information on the event, tickets or how to support the community through the Junior League of Monroe, is at https://www.jlmonroe.org/.
