The holidays bring a lot of unwelcomed guests, stress, and depression. people could be grieving due to a death of a family member. Illness can effect people during the holidays even when they are not affected.

On how to overcome holiday grief

Go to social gatherings but don't force yourself. Try to go with someone to the event so you have a companion. take a moment to brief to make the season as comfortable for yourself.
