Monroe mayor Friday Ellis and the City of Monroe is announcing the installation of 300 University of Louisiana Monroe and Delta Community College flags throughout the city.
60 flags will be installed in each of the five districts. This project is a partnership with ULM and Delta Community College that promotes a relationship between the city and its colleges.
