Monroe Chamber of Commerce hosts Leadership Lab: Session Three-- Coaching & Accountability at the University of Louisiana Monroe, October 28th at 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the 7th floor of the ULM Library. Dr. Edwin Adams, Founder of Disrupt Comfort Performance Consulting, will be the speaker at this event.

During this event, participants will explore the difference between managing work and coaching people, how solving every problem can make the leader a bottleneck, repeatable approaches to honest, difficult conversations, accountability, and how delegation builds ownership and capability.
