The breakfast will give business leaders, community stakeholders, and residents a closer look at the strategy behind West Monroe’s efforts to attract new retail, restaurant, and commercial investment while continuing to strengthen the community’s existing business environment.

Featured speaker Elliott Cook, Director of Real Estate for Retail Strategies, will discuss how market data, consumer trends, available real estate, community assets and relationships with retailers, brokers and developers all influence successful business recruitment.
