The Candy Company Mural Project will feature 13 local artists whose works will be displayed on panels located on the side of the old Ouachita Candy Company.

The City of Monroe is kicking off the Back to School Supply Drive. It is going on through August 13.

The road will be closed between North 10th Street in front of the Entergy Substation to Sycamore Street. The working hours will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
