Gov. Edwards Will Extend Stay-At-Home Order Until April 30

Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards announced he will extend the current stay-at-home order until April 30. Schools, non-essential businesses and restaurants will remain closed to dine-in services for all of April. People are being asked to continue to practice social distancing and and not make any unnecessary trips.

Louisiana currently has 4,025 positive cases and has reported 185 deaths from the coronavirus.

Originally from Monroe, Cory has worked in a variety of media. He has worked in television news and spent seven years as a TV sports play-by-play announcer.
