Tattoos As A Bellwether Of Mood Among Soldiers

There are indicators for weather, the stock market, housing prices. But what about something more intangible, like indicators of soldiers’ feelings?

Meredith Turk, from Here & Now contributor North Country Public Radio, met one man who can see a changing story behind what soldiers are asking for in tattoos.
