The University of Louisiana's baseball season will begin Friday, February 18 at home. The first pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m.
ULM will host Southern Illinois Salukis on the newly-renovated Warhawk Field. Renovations began in the offseason and included upgrades such as the installation of DoublePlay Speed FieldTurf in the infield and DoublePlay Natural FieldTurf in the outfield. Other upgrades were also included in the renovations.
Opening day will begin with a three-game series against SUI beginning on Friday, February 18, and ending on Sunday, February 20. The games are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Friday, 6 p.m. Saturday, and 1 p.m. Sunday.
