On September 2, 2026, Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions announced it had a cyber incident involving its C-Track case management software. The Louisiana Supreme Court, which uses a customized version of C-Track for its internal case management system, is currently treating this cyber incident with the utmost urgency.
Louisiana Supreme Court did not and does not store any documents, transcripts, or pleadings within Thomson Reuters ’ C-Track environment, minimizing any possible data exposure. Confirmation that there is no evidence to suggest that Louisiana’s own C-Track case management system was compromised.
The Louisiana Supreme Court assures that it is highly unlikely that Louisiana residents' personal information was exposed; however, names of individuals in a small subset of confidential matters may be viewable by the party responsible for the data breach.
