Livingston, La. – Epic Piping, LLC, a portfolio company of Bernhard Capital Partners (BCP), announced a $25 million expansion of its manufacturing operations in Livingston Parish to meet growing demand in natural gas, nuclear power, data center, and other energy markets. The project is expected to create 76 direct new jobs, retain 370 existing positions, and generate an estimated 136 indirect jobs, for a total of 212 new opportunities.

The expansion will add a fully staffed large-diameter and heavy-wall production line, along with upgraded material-handling systems to improve efficiency and support complex industrial projects. Commercial operations are expected to begin in early 2027.

Governor Jeff Landry said, “Epic Piping’s expansion strengthens Louisiana’s industrial footprint and creates real opportunities for workers and families.” Local leaders praised the project for its economic impact and commitment to the community.

The state supported the project with incentives including LED FastStart workforce development services, $900,000 from the Economic Development Award Program, and participation in the High Impact Jobs and Industrial Tax Exemption program.
