Baton Rouge, LA – In 2024–2025, Keep Louisiana Beautiful (KLB) and its network of 44 Community Affiliates and 13 University Affiliates mobilized over 61,000 volunteers, engaging thousands of schools, governments, and organizations in efforts to clean and beautify Louisiana communities.
Together, these partners contributed nearly $5 million in volunteer value, removed tens of thousands of cigarette butts, and completed thousands of cleanups statewide. Affiliates serve as local leaders in environmental stewardship, education, and sustainability—earning recognition from state leaders and demonstrating a long-term commitment to community improvement.
KLB’s reach spans communities including Monroe, West Monroe, Alexandria, Shreveport, Lafayette, Mandeville, Covington, DeRidder, Slidell, Baker, Natchitoches, St. Tammany, Jefferson Parish, Grambling, Sterlington, and many more.
