Two Arrested For Vehicle Burglaries in West Monroe

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to a reported vehicle burglary in the 100 block of Bradley Street in West Monroe at approximately 3 a.m. on June 2nd. The burglary had just occurred and a description of the two suspects was obtained from video surveillance camera. Based on the information, deputies located the two suspects a short time later on Kiroli Road.

Xsaviour Morris and Jena Farrar were arrested in connection with the burglary. Both were found to be in possession of items reported stolen, including cell phones, a PS4, Air Pods and other items. Deputies also determined the two had committed other vehicle burglaries on Bradley, Ridgeway and Duncan Circle.

Both Morris and Farrar were each booked into OCC on three counts of Simple Burglary and one count of Attempted Simple Burglary. Morris was also booked on prior warrants for two counts of Simple Burglary.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.
