Richwood will vote on Saturday on a property tax which would be used to pay for a new lighting project on Hwy-165 south.

If the vote passes, the tax would be a yearly $26.25 fee for each piece of property owned by residents.

The funds raised off of the tax would be used on lights from Winnsboro Rd to Richwood high.
