A man walking across the Thomas Road overpass had a seizure and fell onto the median of I-20 Thursday morning.
Police say it happened around 9:00 a.m.
Traffic was momentarily stopped while first responders came to his aid.
The man was not identified and was taken to Glenwood Regional Medical Center for his injuries.
