Bring Your Own is a nomadic storytelling series that takes place in unconventional spaces within the New Orleans community. Each month, eight storytellers have seven minutes to respond to a theme. BYO airs on All Things New Orleans and is a biweekly podcast on WWNO.org.

This story was told on January21, 2016 at the Old Ironworks, and later produced by NatalieYahr. The theme of the evening was "Pizza", and here, TinaAntolini, the host and producer of the podcastGravy, goes on a search to find her batty roots.

Bring Your Own is a Computer Moon Production. That story was told at an event in partnership with Pizza Delicious. The next BYO will take place Thursday, April21st  in partnership with the Sync Up Cinema Conference at the Jazz and Heritage Center. Theme: '(Not) For The Money'
