Beginning at 5:30 p.m., KEDM will host a 'Meet the Candidates Forum' on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at the ULM Library Terrace. Then, at 6 p.m., the 5th District Congressional forum will begin.
This event will provide an opportunity to hear directly from both Republican and Democrat candidates about their perspectives on issues affecting the community as they compete for the 5th Congressional District seat.
This event is open to the public to attend, and will be hosted by KEDM News Director Cory Crowe.
