KEDM hosted a "Meet the Candidates" Forum on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at the ULM Library Terrace, featuring canidates for Public Service Commissioner District 5 and Louisiana's 5th Congressional District.
The event provided an opportunity for voters to hear directly from both Republican and Democrat candidates about their perspectives on issues affecting the community as they compete for the 5th Congressional District seat.
This event was open to the public, and was hosted by KEDM News & Public Affairs Director Cory Crowe.
More information on this event is available by visiting the 5th Congressional District Forum on Facebook.
