MONROE, La. — The University of Louisiana Monroe football program will host a two-day event in late April, combining a fundraising golf tournament with its annual spring football game.

The “Fore the Players” golf tournament is scheduled for April 24 at Frenchman’s Bend Country Club, with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. The event is designed to support ULM Football and provide fans, alumni, and community members an opportunity to engage with the program.

Participants can register as teams or sponsors, with proceeds benefiting the football program. Organizers are encouraging early sign-ups through a QR code provided on promotional materials.

The following day, April 25, ULM will host its spring football game at Malone Stadium at 11:30 a.m. The game offers fans a preview of the team ahead of the upcoming season and is a key part of offseason preparation.

The back-to-back events aim to bring together supporters of ULM athletics while raising funds and building excitement for the football program.

For more information or questions about the golf tournament, individuals can contact the ULM Athletic Department at 318-342-7017.
