Catholic Charities of North Louisiana's new family-friendly fundraiser: Pigs & A Blanket

Catholic Charities of North Louisiana is hosting a new, family-friendly fundraiser called Pigs & A Blanket. It is set for Saturday, April 18, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Layton Castle, located at 1133 S. Grand Street.

The event will be a springtime evening of food, music, and entertainment that supports Catholic Charities’ ongoing work throughout North Louisiana. Attendees will enjoy a pig roast prepared by the Knights of Columbus, along with live music by Tommy Fields and Mary Honeycutt.

Catholic Charities especially encourages families to attend the event. There will be activities for all ages, including a kids’ zone, a raffle, and more. Pigs & A Blanket is open to the public. Tickets for adults are $50, and tickets for children 12 and under are $25.

All money made from the fundraiser will go directly to Catholic Charities’ mission to help the people in need across the region. Catholic Charities invites the community to mark their calendars and join in for an evening of fun at the Layton Castle.
