Unwind at the Brown Bag Concert Series

The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council will host the Brown Bag Concert Series every Wednesday in April from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at Palace Park, 220 DeSiard Street.

Each week will feature a new musical genre, ranging from folk and Americana to blues, classic rock, and country hits. Attendees will see performances from some of the most talented musicians in the area. Performers include Julianne Post, a native of Farmerville and a student at Louisiana Tech; Shannon and Mason Granade, a husband-and-wife duo; Brian Sivils, who hails from the delta; Kent Gill, a performer based in Shreveport; and Jennifer McMullen, a guitarist celebrated for her diverse acoustic shows.

The Brown Bag Concert Series is free and open to the public. Mulhearn’s will give out free cookies. If attendees want to, they can purchase a $6 box lunch from Newk’s Eatery.
