The Northminster Church presents John Rutter's Requiem

The Northminster Church invites all to attend a performance of John Rutter's Requiem on Sunday, March 15, 4:00 PM, located at 2701 Lamy Lane.

John Rutter is regarded as a prolific British composer of choral church music from the late 20th century. In 1985, Rutter completed his Requiem, which is a musical composition that incorporates sections of the Latin Requiem, along with various psalms and biblical verses.

Northminster Choir is set to perform the requiem mass before Easter to remember the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made on the cross.

Accompanying them will be the Chamber Orchestra, delivering a sacred choral performance featuring strings, oboe, harp, percussion, piano, and organ. Dr. Deborah Chandler will conduct the performance, with Morgan Meyer Huth as the soloist. Admission is free of charge.
