The Chennault Aviation And Military Museum Presents Elvis Tribute Artist Dean Z

The Chennault Aviation and Military Museum is hosting their very own Elvis Tribute this Thursday, September 26th from 7:30-9:00 p.m. Tribute artist Dean Z will be performing some of Presley's most famous hits, and take you right back to the golden age of music. The concert is being held at ULM's Bayou Pointe Student Event Center on 1 Warhawk Way, Monroe, Louisiana 71209. Tickets are $40 per person.

Dean Z is one of the most well-known Elvis tribute artists.  In fact, the artist won 2013's Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist in Memphis against 500 other performers around the world. That competition ended up being sanctioned by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. With all of these accolades, Dean Z is guaranteed to give you the full Elvis experience and probably make you feel like you just hopped in and out of a time machine.

Caroline Smalling, Guest Services Coordinator, says that all the proceeds will be for the benefit of the Chennault Museum. The museum's goal is to be available to the under-served public and "make sure that every man, woman, and child can come in" free of charge. They will use that money for this purpose and more.

The doors are set to open an hour before the concert at 6:30 p.m, so you can get yourself a good front row seat. There will also food trucks and an old car show in the parking lot of the event center before the concert! Elvis, Food, and an old car show make for a fun night that you will not easily forget.

To buy tickets, you can visit the museum at 701 Kansas Lane, Monroe, Louisiana or go to the Chennault Aviation and Military Museum's Facebook page. Tickets must be bought before the concert.
