Retired Judge, Alvin R. Sharp introduces to some...clarifies to others his Mission Statement in his campaign for District Attorney of Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes. M.O.M.S.A. will be explained and his program for C.H.A.N.G.E. as it relates to crime in both parishes is to be explored.
Citizens of Ouachita and Morehouse parishes are encouraged to bring/ask questions seeking knowledge of this new program to create a better city in Ouachita and Morehouse parishes.
