Hey, kids...come meet Dr. Bones and talk about the ancient saber-toothed cats and other Ice Age animals. Could the cat beat an African lion today? Hmmm. We'll have lots of great Ice Age fossils and bones to see, like the saber-toothed cat skeleton replica. Dr. Bones will have other fun stuff to do, like a scavenger hunt! And check out the photo op area, too. We'll hand out free ice cream that day, too!
This is the big kickoff of the museum's exhibit, "Expedition: Ice Age", on loan from the Palm Beach Museum of Natural History in Florida. It will be displayed through August 3.
