The North Central Louisiana Arts Council presents its annual judged exhibition of 250 artworks, Peach Art Exhibit, from the region in coordination with the Louisiana Peach Festival. The opening awards reception held on June 5, awarded first, second, and third places in adult categories for painting, drawing, photography, and mixed media and in teen and children's cateories. The exhibition was judged by University of Louisiana, Monroe, art professor Brooke Foy. The exhibit is up through July 28 during regular library hours.

Piano music six nights a week. Ann Fenn Monday and Tuesday; Pearson Cross Wednesday and Thursday, Rod Payne Friday and Saturday.

Celebration of July 4th holiday on July 5th at the Farmer's Market from 9-2. Kids area with jumper, face painting, 4-H animals , cool treats, food trucks, live music, and many makers and vendors in addition to fresh produce.
