The annual Holiday Art Sale on campus at the University of Louisiana Monroe will be taking place December 4-8. The sale will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Holiday Art Sale will feature work from students and faculty at the university. There will be all sorts of artworks and styles displayed such as paintings, photography, prints, sculptures, pottery, and even candles and soaps. Brooke Foy, art professor at ULM, encourages guest to plan to come early in the week. She shares, "After Wednesday a lot of the great Christmas presents will have been grabbed."
Part of the proceeds from this sale go right back into the hands of the artist, supporting their future work. Another 15% of the sales go to the Kappa Pi Arts Society on campus at ULM.
