Federal prosecutors say a 28-year-old Delhi man has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Stephanie Finley said in a news release Daniel Brown entered his plea Monday before U.S. District Judge Robert James.
Finley says Brown used the Internet and Facebook, pretended to be a teenager, and directed an out-of-state 12-year-old child to produce and send him child pornography.She says Brown received the child pornography using his computer in Delhi on Oct. 28, 2014.
James set sentencing for Dec. 5.
