Mason Howard

Mason has played in groups performing everything from Soul, Blues, and Bluegrass, to Funk and Alternative Rock. Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, he's performed across the country with various musicians in Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Mason played at the Northeast Louisiana Music Awards ceremony with Doug Duffey and the Louisiana Soul Revival, awarded 2016 Best Blues Group in northeast Louisiana. He's been featured as an emerging artist in BayouLife Magazine and interviewed on CBS affiliate KNOE-TV as a local artist. 

Mason has spent time playing at different venues and festivals with the Mason Howard Quintet, Ira Barger with Twin City Roots, Doug Duffey and BADD, Victor Abendano and Jelly, and 16-piece band LA Legacy led by Bert Windham. Along with guitar, he also plays sax, bass, drums, steel guitar, mandolin, and bagpipes.
