The City of West Monroe Fire Department has launched the WMFD “CARES” Program (Community Assets Regarding Emergency Services). Through the CARES Program, the West Monroe Fire Department will canvas every residential street in the City of West Monroe to educate residents about smoke alarms, VIAL of Life, exterior addresses on residential properties, and home safety assessments.
The Fire Department will launch this program on Thursday, July 14.
