Mayor Friday Ellis and Campo Architects to host community presentation of phase one of the Downtown Monroe Master Plan

In August of 2021, Mayor Friday Ellis and the City of Monroe engaged in a professional relationship with Campo Architects for the development of a master plan to revitalize downtown, Monroe. That work included analyzing architectural implications, site visits, historical and physical research, and vision boarding.
