Globally, women are still fighting for equality, equity, and basic respect that is due to any human being.

The Millennials and Generation Z need strong female role models with whom they can identify and learn from their experiences.

This event gives people the opportunity to meet remarkable women who became leaders in their respective fields by sheer hard work and determination. They paved their own way and overcame obstacles with courage.

International Women's Day, on March 8th, is dedicated to celebrating a generation of women who broke the glass ceiling and emerged as wonderful role models for the next generation.
