change over to light freezing rain, possibly becoming mixed with
some light sleet by late this afternoon into the evening hours.
Freezing rain and or sleet accumulations should be less than a
tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Lincoln, Bienville, Jackson, Ouachita and Caldwell
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
