(Monroe, LA) The City of Monroe will celebrate the annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony Friday, December 3 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monroe Civic Center
It will feature musical performances, an introduction of local pageant queens and remarks by Mayor Friday Ellis and City Council Members.
There’s also a super-secret guest making a special trip all the way to Monroe.
