Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office investigators are looking into a homicide that occurred at a residence in the 2,000 block of Bayou Barbonne Drive in West Monroe. Jacob Hines, age 56, was discovered deceased at the residence Saturday morning. The investigation is ongoing and there are no further details forthcoming.
