Louisiana District Postal Customer Councils to host webinar on Informed Delivery and digital integration

Louisiana — The Louisiana District Postal Customer Councils (PCCs) will host an informative webinar highlighting Informed Delivery and Digital Integration and how businesses can transform traditional mail into a dynamic multi-channel marketing experience.

The webinar will feature Kate Alves, USPS Manager of Experimental Technology, who will provide insights into innovative postal technologies and strategies that help organizations enhance customer engagement through integrated digital and mail platforms.

The virtual event will take place on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CST.
