On Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, and Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Louisiana's Barksdale Air Force Base will be conducting multiple controlled detonations.
During this period of time, the public and surrounding community areas are expected to hear loud noises associated with these detonations. These activities are pre-planned, professionally executed, and pose no threat to public safety.
