The Optimist Club of Bastrop, the Bastrop Lions Club, and the Bastrop Morehouse Chamber of Commerce–Retail Association host Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry as he serves as the keynote speaker at the upcoming Community Leadership Luncheon, to be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the Bastrop Municipal Center, 1901 Moeller Drive, Bastrop, LA.

The Community Leadership Luncheon will bring together local leaders, business owners, educators, civic organizations, and citizens for an afternoon of conversation and vision-casting for the future of Northeast Louisiana.
Guests will have the opportunity to hear directly from the Governor as he shares his insights on leadership, opportunity, and the role of community pride in moving Louisiana forward.
