TOPS Tuition Cuts May Affect Student Enrollment and Retention

Since Louisiana lawmakers raised less than half the $600 million dollar state budget requested by Governor John Bel Edwards,  TOPS tuition program will be cut by 30% and possibly cut to 40% in the near future.  Such cuts may be already affecting enrollment at Louisiana colleges and univerisities.LSUS Chancellor Lawrence Clark shares observations on what cuts to the TOPS tuition program can mean for future enrollment at LSUS and other state colleges and universities.
