Josh Madden Productions is set to bring a fresh, comedic take on Samuel Beckett’s existential classic Waiting for Godot to the ULM Spyker Theater in Monroe, Louisiana, this August.
Directed by Josh Madden, the production infuses energy and humor into the iconic play, drawing inspiration from silent comedy and the antics of the Marx Brothers.
Featuring a talented cast led by Sam Coleman and CJ Geatreaux alternating as Vladimir, alongside Beaux Coleman as Estragon, Zach Johnson as Pozzo, Luke Bolton as Lucky, and Evan Wilkes as Boy, the performance promises a lively exploration of Beckett’s themes of waiting and absurdity.
The show runs from August 5 to 9, with evening and matinee performances, and marks another milestone for the community fostered by Josh Madden Productions.
