The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for your help locating 48-year-old Kirsten Edwards was last seen on July 14th at the St. Francis Emergency Room after she was transported from her residence 28 Northgate Drive in Monroe.
Her daughter stated she has not heard from her since July 12th, but advised that Edwards is unable to live independently.
