The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) is holding an Insurance Pop-Up Office in Monroe from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20, for residents of Ouachita Parish and the surrounding area.
LDI team members will be on hand to provide free personal assistance with auto, homeowners, business, and other insurance policies and to discuss other insurance issues like FORTIFIED roofs, Wind Mitigation Surveys, and more. No appointment is necessary, but residents should bring their insurance policy documents to the Pop-Up Office.
“These on-site pop-up offices are a great way for anyone with questions about their insurance coverage to get in-person assistance," said Commissioner Temple. “We’re still making our way across the state. If you miss us in Ouachita Parish this month, look for us in a neighborhood near you next time.”
