The City of West Monroe, in partnership with the West Monroe–West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce, will host the annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, May 7, at 7:30 a.m. at the West Monroe Sports & Events. The event is held in observance of the National Day of Prayer and serves as a time for community reflection, unity, and prayer for the city, state, and nation.

This year’s keynote speaker is Jeffrey Kent, Chief Operating Officer of Duck Commander, who will share insights on leadership, faith, and purpose in both personal and professional life.

Mayor Staci Albritton Mitchell emphasized the importance of the breakfast, saying, “This breakfast provides us all with the opportunity to reflect and remind one another we are neighbors committed to the wellbeing of our community.”

Tickets are $25 per person, with sponsorship options available. Registration closes Tuesday, May 5. For more information or to register, visit the Chamber website or call 318-325-1961.
