The Student Occupational Therapy Association – Graduate, in partnership with the Kinesiology Department, will host the Mind Over Miles 2-Mile Run on March 19 at 5:30 p.m. in The Grove to raise awareness for student mental health.

The event aims to bring students, faculty and staff together to promote open conversations about mental health while encouraging physical activity and community engagement. Check-in will begin at 5:00 p.m., and the two-mile course will travel through campus, including some off-road portions.

Participants are encouraged to wear green to show support for student mental health awareness. Following the race, attendees are invited to remain in The Grove for mental health activities, informational resources and an awards presentation recognizing the top finishers.

Early registration is open through March 1. Race shirt availability is guaranteed for those who register during the early registration period. Registration will remain open through the day of the event; however, shirt quantities will be limited after the early registration deadline.

Participants may register through Eventbrite or by scanning the event QR code.
